Most of us know that physical exercise is good for us. We've read, or heard, "What's good for the heart is good for the brain." Our doctors have told us to get aerobic exercise. If you're like me, you automatically think of the dedicated people who hit the gym several times a week, run marathons or at least use the treadmill or bike instead of letting the equipment sit in their basement.
